In order to guide real estate agency companies and agents understanding the impact of internet comprehensively, to summarize and share the new model and new styles of real estate agency industry, to discuss the development trend of real estate agency industry during Internet＋ Era, 2015 Real Estate Agency Industry Annual Conference was held in Beijing, China, during June 5 to 6, 2015, by China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers and Agents (CIREA).

The overall theme was Tradition and Innovation——the development of real estate Agency industry during Internet＋ Era.  Two Sub-themes are Preparation for the Challenge in Internet＋ Era and New Models and Styles of real estate agency industry. Ms. Du Juan, President of CIREA, and Ms. Yang Jiayan, Director of the Department of Supervision of Real Estate Market from Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of PRC, and Mrs. Damielle Grossenbacher, World President 2015-2016 of International Real Estate Federation(FIABCI), gave speeches. The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr.Chai Qiang, Vice President and Secretary General of CIREA.
